Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for choosing Ahammika. We strive to provide the best quality products and customer experience.

  • Any issue regarding your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this period, we will be unable to process replacements.

  • Replacement requests are applicable only in cases of:

    • Damaged product received

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Missing item in the package

    • Expired product received

To request assistance, please email us at ahammika999@gmail.com with your order details, invoice, and product videos. (video required of opening of the outer packaging)

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Approved cases may qualify for replacement or store credit at Ahammika’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellations will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
